Exchange and Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you still want to return the product. Personalized products cannot be returned. Due to covid-19, from 1-05-2020 we also have an exception to clothing that is worn directly on the skin (such as: underwear, bras, leggings, shirts and t-shirts). These products are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and if the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires.
On all other products you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and if possible in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 5 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for the account of the customer.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
Easy returns in 3 steps
1. Prepare your package with the delivery note. Pack the items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. It is important that you fill in the return form as completely as possible. Please contact Customer Service and we will send the return form to you.
2. Send your order Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. To do this, go to one of the PostNL service points (a post office or parcel point) and send your package. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a sender you are responsible yourself and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
3. Receive a new item or a refund Once the product is received in our warehouse, the size/color will be exchanged as soon as possible or the refund will appear on your account within 3 working days.
I have provided a wrong delivery address! Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
